The video shows behind the scenes at the factory in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent which has been making mugs and other tableware since 1888. The process includes adding the glaze to decorating each mug by hand. It's complex and highly skilled with over 20 pairs of hands involved in a single product in the various stages of making.
