Brighton Artists Open Houses 2025 – Join Jin Designs This May!

The Brighton Artists Open Houses is back for another year - and it’s always a real treat! With over 200 artists and makers opening their doors across the city, it’s a brilliant chance to explore beautiful homes and studios, discover new art and design, and support local talent.

This year, Jin Designs will once again be part of the West Hove Trail, and you’ll find the collection in a very lovely home on Princes Crescent, hosted by the incredibly talented illustrator and artist Sam Bailey. Alongside Jin Designs, you’ll discover a fantastic mix of over 14 other artists and makers – from ceramics to jewellery, textiles, paintings and more. It’s a house full of creativity and definitely worth a visit.

When and Where to Find Jin Designs

The house on Princes Crescent will be open every weekend in May, from 11am to 5pm. The full dates are:

May 3 & 4 | May 10 & 11 | May 17 & 18 | May 24 & 25

Jinny from Jin Designs will be there on:

• Saturday 10th May – 11am to 5pm

• Sunday 25th May – 11am to 5pm

What to Expect

Expect a warm welcome, a beautiful home to wander around, and an inspiring mix of creativity in every room. Whether you're an art collector, a curious browser or just fancy a day out with a slice of cake, this is a lovely place to spend some time.

And speaking of cake… there’ll be tea, coffee and cake served all day – with donations going to a local charity. So while you browse, you can treat yourself and support a good cause too.

Jin Designs will be bringing a selection of your favourite characters - including Sitting Cat, Sausage Dog, Hedgehog, Robin, Fox and more - featured on mugs, jugs, cards, mini trays and other homeware favourites.

There will be plenty of new designs and products making their first-time appearance at the event - so it’s a great chance to see what’s new in the collection.
