I didn’t open the box as this was a gift for a rabbit loving friend. She loved it. I’ve bought these small mugs before and they are simply beautiful and stylish.

The winter mugs are gorgeous and are Christmas presents and the worktop saver is perfect in my new kitchen. Lovely products, arrived quickly and were beautifully and safely packed.

I emailed Jin and, although the order had already been dispatched, Jin contacted the courier, and had it redirected whilst in transit.
My friend was delighted.

Bought a few items, very shocked at the size of the mug it is tiny not fit for purpose it was reduced from £15 to £10 I would not give £2 for it iam sorry but I will be wary if I buy more of your mugs even my grand daughter said it was tiny your mugs are not normal size.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I’m sorry to hear the mug wasn’t quite what you were hoping for. This one is my Standard size, which holds 275ml. I do try to include all the dimensions on the product page and there are photos too which aim to give a sense of scale, but I understand that this can sometimes be missed.
This particular design only comes in the one size, but I do have other designs available in a larger mug if that’s of interest. And of course, if you’d prefer to return this one, that’s no problem at all - just let me know and I’ll be happy to help.

Bought this for a friend so haven’t used it. It is a lovely design. Delivery was quick which is a big plus for me.
Love the doormat, as with all my other purchases. Simple design, which I prefer. One of my dogs is very fluffy and could almost have been the model!!
