Lovely mugs and very pretty designs. Gave 4 stars because the mugs were a little smaller than expected, having said that the quality of the mug is lovely.

The front door in my holiday let has very little clearance necessitating a thin mat. Such mats seem very difficult to source, and those available are poor quality or slide across the floor. Not this one; it sits snuggly under the door, doesn't move, looks perfect and washes like a dream. I absolutely love it.

I ordered the mug as gift for a friend and inadvertently pressed ‘order’ before realising that I hadn’t changed the delivery address to my friend’s.
I emailed Jin and, although the order had already been dispatched, Jin contacted the courier, and had it redirected whilst in transit.
My friend was delighted.

Bought a few items, very shocked at the size of the mug it is tiny not fit for purpose it was reduced from £15 to £10 I would not give £2 for it iam sorry but I will be wary if I buy more of your mugs even my grand daughter said it was tiny your mugs are not normal size.
