What You Told Me About Jin Designs
A big thank you to everyone who took part in the recent Jin Designs survey. Over 250 of you shared your thoughts, which is incredible - and really helpful too. I read every comment and I'd love to share some of the highlights below.
It's always inspiring to hear what you think. I feel incredibly lucky that I can ask for your feedback and that so many of you take the time to respond. It genuinely helps shape what comes next. But it also gives me confidence that I'm doing something right here, while showing me where I can improve too.
Here are a few highlights from what you shared.
What you love about Jin Designs
The biggest message by far was... Keep doing what you're doing.
That was lovely to read and really encouraging.
When I asked for one word to describe Jin Designs, the words that appeared again and again were these:
Simplicity
Quality
Cats
There were some lovely comments about what the designs mean to you. A few of you shared that they remind you of a pet, a person or a special memory. It's something I'll never take for granted.
Thank you for taking the time to share them with me. It really means a lot.
What designs you'd like to see more of
Cats and wildlife were the most popular suggestions, with nature and coastal themes close behind. Lots of you mentioned woodland creatures, and there were some lovely suggestions for new characters too, from hares and wrens to a few I'd never have thought of – monkeys anyone?!
What products you'd love to see
Lots of ideas came through here, but a couple of themes stood out more than the rest:
- More kitchen textiles
- More for the table
One thing that was interesting was the number of suggestions for products I already have available! Tea towels, storage jars, teapots, large mugs, espresso mugs and pet bowls were all mentioned, so perhaps it's a lesson for me to do a better job of showing you what's already in the collections.
Many of these ideas are already on my list and a few are further along than others. I never like to promise products until I'm sure they're going to happen, but it's lovely to see so many of you hoping for the same things as me!
