Live BBC Interview for Jinny in Hove Actually
As if things couldn't get any more exciting at Jin Designs, this week Jinny got an unexpected call from the BBC and a request to attend an interview with BBC Sussex for a special program that was broadcast live from Hove Actually.
Jinny took her designs down to Hove Seafront where she met BBC Reporter Simon Jenkins who interviewed her about her designs and what she liked about living and working in Hove Actually.
It was a great opportunity for Jinny, and her very first live broadcast. There were a few pre-interview nerves but with the help of the BBC staff, experienced reporter Simon and the presence of Instructor Jason from Jinny's British Military Fitness class in the distance, she held her cool and enjoyed the chance to promote her new range of products.
The Beach Huts Collection got a special mention and the response afterwards was tremendous from local people and those living throughout Sussex.
Jinny commented "I was thrilled to be asked by the BBC to come along to their live broadcast. Opportunities don't come along like this very often and whilst I didn't sleep one bit the night before, it was actually quite enjoyable to share my designs and story with the County of Sussex!"
