Prize Draw Terms and Conditions - Share Your Thoughts with Jin Designs 2026

  1. The promoter is Jin Designs Ltd (company no. 08490392), 2 The Mirage, 1-3 Vallance Gardens, Hove BN3 2DB, UK.

  2. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Jin Designs, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.

  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.

  4. By entering, entrants indicate their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  5. Entry is via the Share Your Thoughts with Jin Designs 2026 survey.

  6. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

  7. The closing date for entries is 11.59pm on Monday 27th July 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.

  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.

  9. Full details of the prize draw are included in the survey.

  10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

  11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by any third party.

  12. There will be three winners. Each winner will receive one standard-size Jin Designs mug of their choice. No cash alternative will be offered. The prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

  13. The three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using software and verified by the promoter.

  14. The winners will be contacted by email on Tuesday 28th July 2026. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  15. The promoter will arrange delivery of the prizes to the winners.

  16. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  17. The prize draw and these terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  18. The winner agrees to the use of their first name in any publicity material. Any personal data will be used solely in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

  19. The names of the winners will be available upon request within 28 days of the closing date by emailing info@jindesigns.com.

  20. Entry into the prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  21. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social platform.   22. The promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize draw if circumstances arise outside of its control.
