New Style Winter in the Window Collection Launches

As Designer Jin launched her new look Winter in the Window Collection, she answered a few pressing questions that some much valued Jin Designs Customers were possibly thinking. Here's the brief question and answer session.

Customer: I love these Jin! What a wonderful addition!

Jin: Thank you! Sometimes it's the simple changes that can bring a fresh feeling to things. There's a lot of white space with this new collection - which is always a joy in this busy world we live in. It's a clean style. It's a little bit different. I think it's pretty timeless too. Don't quote me on that when they appear on Antiques Roadshow in years to come!

Robin in the Window Mug

Customer: Why did you call it Winter in the Window?

Jin: There's a lot of reasons. But the one that stands out right now is that it's been 10 years of Jin Designs this year. And these winter characters have been with us for 7 of those. They actually launched at Country Living Christmas Fair and nearly won an award! Yes, nearly. They're ready to come a bit closer now and make friends with those that choose. Such is the magic of Jin Designs creations!

So either you are looking out of the window on to them, or they are at the window looking in on you. You can decide!

Play School

Do you remember the TV show Play School back in the 70s and 80s? I'm sure there's something about looking 'through the round window' that has influenced this design. But I'm showing my age now so maybe we just keep that between you and me eh!

Customer: It looks like a real quality collection

Jin: I'm glad you noticed! Each item is quality fine bone china, carefully decorated by hand by my trusty supplier in Stoke-on-Trent, the home of the potteries. Honestly, when you see it, you'll see and feel the quality. I think you will love them even more in real life.

Customer: What are your stock levels like?

Jin: Good question! It's limited. As mentioned previously, I only make my products in small batches and this year they are even smaller. Prices have gone up across the board so I've had to be really careful with what I've created. I really wanted to bring you these though so I hope you'll get a chance to enjoy them.

Customer: Thanks Jin, that's all my questions for now

Jin: Ok great, well, if there's anything else you'd like to ask, just contact me via the Jin Designs Shop Chat or email and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. But go take a look at the new Winter in the Window. I think you'll love it.
